To understand why this is happening, it's good to have a basic understanding of the breast muscular structure and upper back. Do this 10 times and then let your shoulders to return to a relaxed position. Do this exercise twice a day to relieve your chest and upper back pain. With someone perform focused massage on these three muscle groups can also help with your breast and upper back pain. Swimming or some water aerobics can be of benefit, exercise your arms and chest without putting too much of a strain on them.
