Chest pain is one of the physical symptoms of panic attacks. You will find it difficult to breathe and chest will sharpen and limits. It can feel like there is anything that prevents your neck from swallowing, and it is painful, uncomfortable and frightening.

The chest pains are frightening and so real, and sometimes the pain can be extremely intolerable that people are sucked into the medicine only to alleviate the pain.
